Coach McCauley contacted the American Heart Association concerning prizes for students that participated in the Jump-A-Thon. Prizes will not be available and shipped until July. As soon as we receive them, we will make arrangements for you to pick them up. Thank you for your patience.

Mrs. Yates will be taking up PES library books on Monday, May 18th and 21st, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon in the car line between PES and PJHS.

Prescott School District will be having commencement exercises for the Prescott High School Class of 2020 on Thursday, July 2 at 7:00 p.m. on the Eddie Jackson Field. We will be following state and district stipulations. We will have more details in upcoming weeks. This is a tentative plan. If something changes, we will change accordingly.
Tonight at the Prescott School Board meeting Superintendent Poole presented Trevor Moseley with his high school diploma. Trevor will be leaving Sunday to serve our country in the military. Prescott School District wanted to make sure Trevor had an opportunity to receive his diploma.

Fourth grade parents,
Student supplies left in the classroom and desks will be handed out by fourth grade teachers on Monday, May 11 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon in the carline between the elementary and jr high buildings.

We are pleased to announce that our district has been approved to have two preschool classes. We will be starting the sign up process very soon. Space will be limited. Children that will be starting kindergarten the next school year will have first priority for the spots available.

Sending tryout video - If you are having trouble sending your tryout video, you can upload it to YouTube then send the URL link to your cheer coach via email.
Paperwork - If you have not turned in your paperwork, please email that information to your cheer coach.
Follow up - After you send the information above, contact the cheer coach to make sure they got your submission.
Announcing the 2020-2021 cheer squads - We will post a list of the Jr and Sr cheer squads on social media (FBk, Instagram, Twitter) and on the school website and app on Monday, May 4 @ 2:00 p.m.
Photo opportunity - There will be a sign posted on the fence of the elementary playground at 3:00 p.m. for those that made the 2020-2021 cheer squad to take photos for you to have to remember the day.
