Prescott PreK students burned with passion this week learning fire safety!! A special thanks to Prescott Fire Department, Fairhills Fire and Nevada County Fire and Rescue for coming out and sharing fire safety tips with our students.

Prescott Cross Country ran at The Leopard Run in DeQueen on Tuesday. Sophia Cornelius received a 3rd place medal with a time of 10:30. Presley Kerby received a medal for 14th place with a time of 11:57. Way to go, girls!

ANNUAL REPORT TO THE PUBLIC
Prescott School District Board of Directors will present the Annual Report to the Public
Monday, October 14, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the board meeting room located in building #5 on the junior high school campus.
The report will detail the progress of the district and schools toward accomplishing program goals, accreditation standards, and proposals to correct deficiencies.
Patrons, parents and students are invited.

The Junior girls cross country finished 3rd Place overall at the Dragon Country Invitational hosted by Genoa Central. Sophia Cornelius placed 4th individual!

Special recognition was given to Lauren Smallwood at last night’s Prescott School Board Meeting. Prescott alumni LaTunja Sockwell reached out to Superintendent Robert Poole with the idea to give back to her community by awarding students who may have had issues in the past but worked hard to better themselves and do well in school. She would like to continue this honor throughout the school year. Coach Poole has noticed this growth in Lauren Smallwood and was pleased nominate to her. Thank you Ms. Sockwell for sponsoring this award and presenting this months $100 gift card to Lauren Smallwood!
Curley Wolf Caytlee Poole is headed to STATE!! Caytlee competed in the Girls 3A-5 District Golf Tournament at DeGray today! She placed 1st in girls individual!! 🐺⛳️
